This certificate was granted after a rigorous process
of auditing of the systems and procedures followed by
IDC India during the course of design and conduct of its
market research, advisory and Go-To-Market services.
This is in line with IDC India's strong focus on
delivering high quality products and services to its

Result Areas" with organizational goals, leading to
increased clarity amongst employees with respect to
their job roles and responsibilities
- System and process orientation across the
organization with improvement metrics clearly
identified and defined.
IDC India believes that the decision to become an ISO
9001:2000 certified company is a proactive one that not
only anticipates the demands of the market, but also
demonstrates a deep commitment to providing quality
services to all its customers.
Note: ISO 9001:2000 is the requirement of a
Quality Management System (QMS) as laid down by the
International Organization for Standardization (ISO).
The requirements specified under ISO 9001:2000 carry the
essence of the best practices of a robust QMS in a wide
variety of organisations. |
