Nupur Singh is Asst.Manager with the Communications Research Group at IDC India. In this role, she tracks the Enterprise Telephony Equipment market as well as the Mobile Services market, focusing on analysis and forecasting.
Prior to her current stint with IDC, Nupur worked as Business Response Consultant with Servion Global Solutions, a Chennai based leading provider of customer interaction management solutions, where she was involved in Knowledge Management and Business Development activities.

Nupur holds an MBA, specializing in Marketing & IT, from IIMM, Pune. Presently, she is pursuing a Professional Certification Course in Enterprise Risk Management from ICFAI University.
