Sumanta is the Asst.Manager responsible for Channels Research in the Peripherals Research Group. In his role he is responsible for tracking the Printer market in India.

Prior to his current stint with IDC, Sumanta has worked with GE Money where he was responsible for analysing the performance of SBI Cards.

Sumanta has completed his MBA with a specialization in Marketing from the EMPI Business School, New Delhi and is an Economics (Honours) Graduate from Calcutta University.
