Cancellation Policy 

We regret that no cancellation will be accepted once your registration is submitted. If you are unable to attend, we welcome a substitute delegate. Please provide the particulars of the substitute delegate, in writing, at least three working days before the event. No refund will be made for cancellation or non-attendance. However, a password to access the presentations online will be emailed to you after the event.
