Sanjit Sinha, Associate Vice President, Research, IDC (India) Ltd.
Sanjit Sinha heads the research operations at IDC India. In his 12+ years of experience, Sanjit has spent 10+ years in market research, advisory and consulting practices across various business lines. In his 4-year stint at IDC India, he has spearheaded many new forays like establishing the IT channels research practice. Having spent a considerable amount of time in understanding the technology trends in enterprise computing, his views are well known amongst the IT community. He is quoted frequently in IT journals like Dataquest, Express Computer and Network Magazine to name a few.
Prior to joining IDC, Sanjit headed Industrial Market Research for South India at AC Nielsen-ORG MARG based out of Bangalore. Sanjit has also worked in Sales during the initial days of his career.
Sanjit is an engineer from Bengal Engineering College and holds an MBA degree from IISWBM, Kolkata, with specialisation in Marketing.

R Ravichandran, Director – Sales
Intel (South Asia)
In his new role, Ravi will be responsible for the overall consolidation of all sales activities in South Asia across channels and OEMs.
Ravi started with Intel over 13 years back, spending the first 6 years in various sales roles based in Bangalore. Starting in 1993, Ravi helped setup the distribution infrastructure, the Intel® Reseller Channel Program, the LOEM business and the overall expansion in South Asia in the early days.
Since 1999, he's been based in Singapore. In his regional roles, Ravi started with managing the APAC marketing for desktop and server boards and successfully led "the grow faster" initiative. More recently, he successfully managed the APAC marketing function for server platforms achieving many key business deliverables with aplomb.
Ravi enjoys watching movies, listening to classical music and a game of cricket.

David Triggs, Senior IT Strategy Consultant,
Asia Pacific Region, Hewlett-Packard Company
David is responsible for defining strategies for architectural evolution of large scale data center infrastructure, and related operational processes, to reduce TCO while improving service levels and facilitating greater business agility. As part of his thought leadership role in HP’s Adaptive Infrastructure (AI) program he led development work on Next Generation Data Center (NGDC) transformation planning aspects of HP’s Adaptive Infrastructure Maturity Model (AIMM) that is now being used worldwide by HP.
David brings to this role IT industry experience in a variety of technical, pre-sales, consulting, and solution marketing roles which have included performance analysis and benchmarking, design of highly available Unix solutions, and consulting on Internet security and IT strategy. Most of these roles have involved the deployment of leading edge technologies.
Based in Sydney, David holds Bachelors degrees in Computing Science and Electrical Engineering and a Masters degree in Cognitive Science from the University of New South Wales in Australia.

Ross Hammond
Product Manager – Asia Pacific (Emerson Network Power)
Ross Hammond is the Product Manager for the Asia Pacific region for Emerson Network Power, responsible for the Enterprise business unit. He has in excess of 15 years experience in the Data Centre industry globally and has expertise in the Power Protection and Precision Cooling technologies and systems for mission critical applications. Ross has been involved in many aspects of Emerson Network Power’s business, including Manufacturing, Technical Support, Project Management, Sales, Key Account Management, Operations and Service.
Product ranges within his portfolio include the complete range of Liebert UPS and Power Management and Distribution products, Liebert Precision Air Conditioning products, Transient Voltage Surge Suppression (TVSS) and Monitoring products.
Key responsibilities of the Regional Product Management group include Managing the Product Portfolio, Technical Support for large projects and Product and Application Training of Sales Associates and Customers within Asia Pacific. Ross heads a team of four engineers dedicated to these activities, all of whom are at the forefront of new trends and technologies relating to Mission Critical Applications.
Ross’s previous role with Emerson Network Power was that of Sales Operations Manager for the Australian Branch where he was responsible for a US$40M Budget and 20 Sales Engineers in one of our largest markets in Asia Pacific.
Prior to this, Ross held Engineering positions in a number of companies across New Zealand, Australia, the UK and Europe in the Manufacturing and HVAC industries.

PK Saji, Vice President (Technology),
Sify Technologies Ltd, Chennai, India
PK Saji heads the global technology infrastructure operations at Sify Technologies. Saji has about 16+ years of experience in IT industry and handled various functions in IT infrastructure planning, network management, service delivery, customer support and technology innovation. He has spearheaded many infrastructure projects in Sify and has championed creation of two level 3 Data Center for Sify. He has spent considerable amount of time on network management and Data centre management and his views are quoted in IT journals like Voice & Data, Dataquest etc.
Saji is currently responsible for network and datacenter operations in Sify and manages a team of specialists with competence in network management, Data center management, and availability & sustenance services. He actively participates in formulating the technology strategy for Sify Technologies.

Dharmendra Kumar
Country Sales Manager, India, Force10 Networks
Dharmendra Kumar has 18 years of IT industry experience with nearly 10 years in the networking segment. As country sales manager for India at Force10 Networks, Kumar will direct the company’s sales and channel strategy in the region. Prior to joining Force10, Kumar led enterprise business operations for D-Link, focusing on high end switching and routing. Earlier, he headed sales in the government defense segment for Southeast Asia at Cisco Systems. He also held a sales management role at Datacraft India. Kumar holds a B.T. in computer engineering from NIT.

Bhimesh Rao, VP India Operations

Bhimesh Rao is the Vice-President India Operations of Egenera Asia Pacific, and has over 14 years of experience in pre-sales engineering, enterprise storage solutions and database technologies. At Egenera he leads the solution engineering group for SouthEast Region architecting mission-critical high-availability solutions for enterprise customers. Prior to Egenera, he held various senior sales engineering, consulting and operations positions with Symantec (VERITAS), ExxonMobil (Comsys), British Telecom(Prolink) and AINS specializing in various enterprise storage and database technologies.
He has a B.S in computer science and engineering from University of Mysore, India and M.S in computer science from University of North Carolina

Vijay Khanna,

Vijay Khanna has been a part of the IT industry for the last 9 years in various roles. He is working as Technical Consultant and Project Manager for Consulting and Implementation of Enterprise solutions on Backup, HA, Storage, Messaging, Virtualization and Disaster Recovery Projects.
His has done graduation science from University of Mumbai and e-MBA from SP Jain, Mumbai.

Sumit Mukhija

Radhika Santhanakrishnan, Product Line Manager,

Radhika is currently responsible for ensuring that Finacle is the leader of enterprise banking solutions for the scalability and availability needs of large banks. She is responsible for creating the technical strategy, its key themes, analysis and benchmark of the product and solutions that places Finacle at the forefront as the most scalable solution in the banking industry. She manages a team composed of experts in the area of software performance, scalability and availability with key competencies from Finacle. Radhika is also involved in the development of strategies and methodologies focused specifically on controlling and lowering overall total cost of ownership by improving value delivered by software solutions on a given hardware. Radhika has been in the IT industry for over 13 years and specifically working in software performance engineering space for the last eight years.

Philip Saunders, Senior Technical Consultant, HP APJ Presales,

Philip Saunders is a Senior Technical Consultant from the Technical Solutions Group of HP - Asia Pacific Japan region. His focus areas are in disaster tolerant storage solutions as well as in evangelizing HP Adaptive Infrastructure and next-generation data
centre.
Philip has been working in IT for over ten years, but specifically involved in the storage world for the last seven. He originally joined Compaq back in early 2001 as a Storage Consultant with Compaq Global Services (Australia). Now a member of a much larger HP, Philip has been a core member of HP’s Adaptive Infrastructure and IT Consolidation teams in the region for a number of years.
Philip also runs the HP Field Interoperability Testing Laboratory for the Asia Pacific Japan region, which is focused on helping HP become the worldwide leader in providing heterogeneous SAN Environment Support services to enterprise customers.
Prior to joining HP/Compaq, Philip was a Unix Systems Administrator by trade working at TNT Australia, Australian Graduate School of Management at the University of New South Wales, World.Net and Central Queensland University. He is an active member of the Systems Administrators Guild of Australia (SAGE-AU) and a founding member of the Internet Society of Australia (ISOC-AU). He holds a Bachelor of Information Technology from Central Queensland University along with a number of unix and storage qualifications including HP Master ASE SAN Architect, Brocade Certified Fabric Professional and McData Certified Professional.
