Shalini Verma
Research Manager, Asia/Pacific Communications Research

Shalini Verma is a Research Manager in the Asia/Pacific Communications Group, based in Singapore. In her role, Shalini leads the Enterprise Telephony, Unified Communications and Enterprise Mobility programs, by engaging in market studies to track emerging trends in the Asia/Pacific region and offer insights. Shalini is often invited to speak at industry and IDC events.

Prior to joining IDC, Shalini worked for 4 years with Reliance Infocomm, where she was involved with launching and managing mobile data services. She conceptualized data applications, coordinated with cross-functional teams, managed the services throughout their life cycles, and ensured revenue generation, in addition to supervising product managers. 

Besides expertise in the management of mobile data services, Shalini was involved in business development and managing brand presence of clients on the Internet, with Rediff.com, an Indian Internet Company. She also had short stints with Indian media companies, The Times of India and The Hindustan Times, where she performed a business development role.

Shalini graduated from St. Stephens College, Delhi with a Bachelor of English (Hons.) degree. She also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing Management from The Times School of Marketing, Delhi.

Mr. Saurabh Sanghoee

Saurabh Sanghoee is the Head of Consulting and Solutions Integration for Orange Business Services in India. He is responsible for Consulting, Project Management and Service Management practices for the India operations of the company. With incomparable expertise in network technologies and designing, his role extends to business development for network related services in India. 

With over 13 years of experience spanning various aspects of the telecommunications industry, Saurabh provides strategic direction and insights to achieve Orange Business Services’ profitability and customer satisfaction targets in the region. His areas of focus include convergence, IP transformation, network optimization and acceleration.

Saurabh has held a variety of roles within Orange over the last decade in consulting, service management and network management domains.

Ian Brice
Regional Managing Consultant 
Orange Business Services

Ian is an experienced consultant concentrating in enterprise application management. He has over ten years experience in Information Technology with broad experience ranging from IT audits and strategy development to project management and support desk management. He has industry experience in finance, insurance, legal and manufacturing.

Commencing his first role with Orange in Luxembourg, in 2005, as Technical Consultant, then moving quickly into the regional team of experts supporting all key customers within EMEA, specialising in the rapidly expanding area of enterprise application management. 

Prior to Orange, Ian was director of a consulting firm in London, specialising in Infrastructure Project Management and Strategic business/IT alignment. The firm was providing services to a range of clients, ranging from large multi-national organisations through to high-profile charities.

Ian returned to Australia in 2007 with Orange as a regional Managing Consultant specialising in application acceleration and application behaviour.

Ian has a Bachelor of Computer Science Degree from the University of Canberra, Australia and a Graduate Diploma in Law from the College of Law, London, United Kingdom.
