| Kapil Dev Singh |

| Kapil Dev Singh is the country manager of
IDC (India) Limited and in this capacity he is
responsible for overseeing the business operations and
management of the company in India. Kapil has over
eleven years of industry experience, of which close to
nine years is in business research. In his earlier
stints, Kapil has headed several new initiatives at IDC
India including Software & Services research, corporate
research, Internet research etc. Of these Kapil built up
the Software & Services research practice from scratch.
Prior to joining IDC, Kapil worked for three years with
IMRB (part of the WPP group and southern Asia’s largest
research firm) and for one year with the HCL group.
Kapil is widely quoted in the press and is a regular
speaker at various industry forums.
Kapil holds a bachelor’s degree in Engineering
(Mechanical) from Bengal Engineering College (Calcutta
University) and a Master’s degree in Business
Administration (Marketing) from Indian Institute of
Social Welfare and Business Management (Calcutta
University). |

Manoj Chugh is President, India & SAARC
for EMC. With 2005 revenues of $9.66 billion, and
approximately 26,500 employees worldwide, EMC is the

industry veteran with over 24 years experience in the
ICT industry, Manoj joined EMC in 2003 and is
responsible for driving EMC's revenue growth,
partnership model and sales to enterprise and growing
companies. In his current role as the President EMC,
India and SAARC, Manoj has spearheaded the company's
growth into the leading information storage and
management vendor in the Indian Subcontinent. In the
past, Manoj has managed and led companies to leadership
position across diverse businesses segments such as
servers; satellite networking; telecom and networking
and data storage. Prior to joining EMC, Manoj spent
three-years as President of Cisco Systems, the worldwide
leader of networking for the Internet for the India &
SAARC Region.
As the President (India & SAARC), Cisco Systems, he more
than tripled the organization's revenues in the
Sub-continent and positioned Cisco as the market leader
across diverse verticals in the networking segment.
Manoj is a graduate of the Indian Institute of
Technology, Kharagpur. He has served as the Vice
chairman of the Executive Board of the American Chamber
of Commerce in India (AMCHAM) and currently he is a
member of the Executive Board. He has been awarded the
"Best IT Man of the year 2001" by the National
Foundation of Indian Engineers, and an Honorary
Fellowship of the e-Information Systems, Security and
Audit Association (eISSA) in recognition of his
contribution made to the propagation and promotion of
ICT, communication and network education and information
management. Manoj is based in New Delhi. |

| Manish Bapat is the National Manager for
EMC’s Networked Attached Storage (NAS) and Content
Addressed Storage (CAS) for India and the SAARC region.
In this role, Manish spearheads EMC’s strategy to
address the significant potential for NAS and CAS
technology solutions in the Indian market. This includes
promoting EMC NAS solutions to both the Mid Tier and
Enterprise as well as being responsible for generating
awareness about CAS technology to manage fixed data to
address customers’ needs such as faster storage and
retrieval to improve service levels, comply with
business policies and legal requirements, leverage
historical data, and generate new revenue streams.
Additionally, Manish also focuses on fostering
relationships with EMC’s customers, partners and
Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), in order to extend
EMC’s reach across diverse verticals and geographies.
Prior to joining EMC, Manish was working with Hewlett
Packard, India for over four years. As a Business
Manager in HP, he was responsible for its UNIX server
business in North India. As a sales and marketing
specialist he has also worked with IT companies like
Barco and Digital Equipment Corporation (DEC). Manish
holds an Engineering degree in Electronics. |

Amod Ranade is Product Manager -
InfrastruXure for American Power Conversion (APCC) based
in Bangalore. His current role entails managing
InfraStruXure Solution offerings, working with Data
Center Issues in the area of Power, Cooling, Management
& Security and Services and driving innovation around
these issues to solve real customer problems.

At his earlier role in sales at APC, Amod Ranade has
been involved in various facets of Channel Management
and Customer Interaction. During his sales stint, Amod
developed a passion for understanding and resolving
issues faced by the customers in Enterprise
installations. His passion towards resolving real
customer issues led to his success in that role and his
shift from sales to product development.
Prior to APC, Amod had a strong background in channel
management and sales for various IT products like
Servers, Storage, etc.

Corporation |
| Ken is a frequent speaker and advocate on
the subject of information security trends,
developments, technologies and best practices across
more than 15 countries in the Asia-Pacific region. He
specializes in intrusion prevention, defence-in-depth,
security management and regulatory compliance. At 3Com,
Ken leads security initiatives and advocates the need
for Secure Converged Networks to enterprises,
governments and industry groups.
Ken contributes to the Asia-Pacific press regularly
and has been quoted by respectable media such as ZDNet
Asia, CNET, Computerworld Singapore, The Australian, The
Business Times (Singapore), Computerworld New Zealand,
The Edge (Malaysia), ZDNet Korea, Sydney Morning Herald,
The Jakarta Post, The Manila Times and ZDNet Japan. He
is currently writing a book on security trends and best
practices of Asia-Pacific governments, universities and
enterprises and it will be published next year.

| Dr. Keith White |

| Dr. Keith White is Security Services
Director for Asia Pacific and leads the Professional
Security Services Consulting Practice team for Lucent
Technologies.
White had started his career with Telecom New Zealand
as a Telecommunications Engineer in the mid-1970s. He
then joined IBM as a Customer Engineer, commissioning
and servicing computers for two years and he moved on to
Rank Xerox as an engineer for five years. White took on
the electronic security field in his work for Coca-Cola
before joining Optus Communications as National Security
Manager.
In 1994, White joined Cardax Systems as the
Australian General Manager and was responsible for many
successful marketing campaigns in Australia and Asia. He
had concurrently worked on major security infrastructure
projects with Australian and Asian universities. White’s
stint with Cardax Systems brought him to the US, where
he had established Cardax Systems in the Pan-American
market. He has also worked on defense security projects
with the organizations such as the US Navy, United
Airlines and Motorola. In 1999, Keith headed back to
Australia and spearheaded major security infrastructure
projects with the Australian Department of Defence,
Qantas Airways, Lucent Technologies, AT&T and the
Independent Commission Against Corruption. In addition,
he has worked on the TA Orange Telecommunications
account, developing their network and facilities
security infrastructure in Thailand, right up to 2001.
White was highly regarded in academia and was awarded
the Doctorate in Science, Technology Development, for
his work on token-based encryption technologies. |

| Geoff Haggart, Vice President EMEA/APAC,

| Geoff Haggart is vice president of
International – covering Europe, Middle East, Africa,
Asia Pacific and Japan for Websense, Inc. Haggart joined
Websense in April 2000 to set up the EMEA operation and
in September 2005 his responsibility grew to include
APAC. Based in the United Kingdom, Haggart has
overseen the company's international expansion and the
formation of international offices worldwide. Haggart
heads up the international operation responsible for
business and channel relationships in over 70 countries
across the EMEA and APAC region.
Haggart joined Websense from Continuus Software, a
software change management product and consultancy
provider, where he was vice president of international
operations. Under his leadership, international revenues
grew to $12.5 million in three years, concluding
business with large multinationals such as BMW, BT,
Dresdner Bank, Nokia, Philips, Siemens and UBS.
Prior to Continuus, he served as vice president of
Northern European sales for Legent. In this role, he was
responsible for more than $60 million in regional
revenue and managing 60 percent of the region's
employees. During his eight-year tenure at Legent,
Haggart held various management positions. He
established and managed channel partners in 12 countries
and grew the business to $40 million in five years.
Haggart also established a Legent subsidiary in the
Nordic countries, which became the company's most
successful European operation with revenues growing from
$10.5 million to $16.5 million in the first year, and he
increased the staff by 50 percent with no turnover.
Beginning his career as a programmer for Parker Pen
Company in the U.K., Haggart boasts more than 25 years
experience in the IT industry. |

| Surendra Singh has over 16 years of high
technology management and field experience, combining a
technical background with business expertise in the
areas of sales, marketing, corporate strategy, public
relations and business development.
Before joining Websense in 2005, Surendra managed
South East Asia and India geography for RSA Security.
Prior to that he was Country Sales Manager at Ramco
Systems where he was responsible for sales, marketing,
corporate strategy, product-line planning and business
development.
Surendra began his career as Production Engineer at
Indian Telephone Industries. He is an Engineering
