Praveen graduated from Delhi School of Economics, Delhi University with a Master’s Degree in International Business (specialising in International Marketing).k

Andrew Namboka, Chief Technologist, Asia/Pacific,
Nokia Enterprise Solutions
Andrew Namboka is Chief Technologist for Nokia Enterprise Solutions in Asia/Pacific and based in Singapore. In his role, Andrew leads a team of sales engineers to support the technical needs of customers and channel partners around the region. His portfolio spans 14 countries throughout Asia/Pacific including China and Japan.
Andrew brings with him more than 15 years of experience in the data communications industry. He started his career in the field as a lead engineer with IBM UK and was responsible for building secure banking infrastructure. He went on to join MCI WorldCom as a VPN/PKI implementation specialist with geographical responsibility in EMEA. In 2000, Andrew joined Nokia UK as a European senior technical consultant before taking on the role of technology manager and subsequently engineering manager for
EMEA.
Andrew is a frequent expert speaker at various industry events as well as universities. He closely follows the standards development work of the Working Groups of the Internet Engineering Task Force, particularly security, mobile IP and IPv6.
Andrew holds an Engineering Honours Degree in mechanical engineering with specialisation in robotics and artificial intelligence. He also completed post-graduate studies investigating motion control algorithms, digital signal processing and parallel processing technologies.

Satish Nair, Pre-Sales Manager, Citrix Systems
Satish Nair is currently the Pre-Sales Manager at Citrix and looks after the Technical Services for the Application Networking Group. He has a total experience of 13+ years with a major portion of the same in the field of Information Security. With an experience set ranging from Telecom and Internet Service Providers to BFSI, he understands the demands of the various industry verticals when it comes to matters of security and application access.

Andrew J Clarke, Senior Vice President, International,
PatchLink Corporation
Andrew Clarke serves as Senior Vice President, International at PatchLink. In this role, he is responsible for driving sales and marketing activities throughout the world and ensuring that the customers are provided with premium support services for them to maximise their use of the products.
Prior to joining PatchLink, Clarke served as Vice President & Managing Director of EMEA at CyberGuard Corporation (NASDAQ: CGFW), a security software company specialising in firewall/vpn solutions; secure content management (scm) and unified threat management (utm) appliances that was acquired by Secure Computing (NASDAQ: SCUR) were he served as Vice President, International Marketing in January 2006 for $295 million. At CyberGuard, Clarke led a number of key initiatives for the company, including the first firewall to achieve the prestigious ITSEC E3 security certifications. Later this work evolved to achieve the first international Common Criteria EAL4+ certification for a firewall/vpn appliance with interactions between agencies from around the world from countries such as Australia, Canada and the USA.
Before becoming part of
CyberGuard, Clarke headed up Marketing in EMEA for Harris Computer Systems a global specialist in both real-time and trusted systems and where the foundations for his activities in the security market were established during the late 1980’s. Clarke has long enjoyed the challenges of growing a company in the dynamic security market having earned his undergraduate degree in mathematics
(BSc - Hons) from the University of Sheffield in the UK in the early 1980s.

Manish Sethi, Head, Solutions Development Group, Datacraft India
Manish is a well known professional in the IT industry with over 15 years of diverse experience in Practice Management, Corporate Sales, business developement, product management and team supervision. He has been instrumental in achieving turnaround of Business and Customer Satisfaction for the companies he has worked with so far. He also actively participates with industry bodies like NASSCOM, ISACA, CERT-In for their media seminars, panel discussions and knowledge sharing sessions. Manish is a graduate from IIT Bombay and an MBA from IMT Ghaziabad, in addition to being a CISA – Certified Information Systems Auditor.
Manish in his earlier profile headed the Security Business for Datacraft India. An avid security practioner, Manish has worked with several organisations to help them build Security Information Management Systems. Manish has authored several white papers, case studies and article on Security Management and developments.
On the personal front manish also extensively reads – New age management thinking, experiential learning and spirituality. Manish is fond of mountain trekking and he has undertaken several treks in the Himalayas and the Sahayadri range in western India. He is also a photographer by hobby and plays the drums.
Hugh Njemanze, CISSP Chief Technology Officer and
Executive Vice President of Research and Development ArcSight, Inc.
Hugh founded ArcSight and is now leading product development, information technology deployment, product research, and support. Hugh brings strong recent enterprise software experience from over twenty years of relevant responsibilities. Hugh most recently worked as the CTO of Verity where he led product development. He worked previously at Apple in software engineering where he was one of the key architects of the Apple Data Access Language (DAL). He was the co-architect of CL/1 (Connectivity Language One) at Network Innovations, which was acquired by Apple in 1988. Prior to that, Hugh co-developed several language compiler products at Hewlett-Packard.

Rajendra Dhavale, Consulting Director, CA – India and SAARC
Rajendra Dhavale is “Consulting Director - CA Technology Services” for India & SAARC and also works as a Technology Strategist for the Office of the CTO at CA.
Rajendra has over two decades of experience and is responsible for consulting with major CA customers across this region on managing and securing large IT infrastructures and on CA's Technology vision.
Rajendra manages the CA pre-sales, project management and post-sales support teams made up of technical and business consultants, who work with customers to understand their business requirements, develop long-term strategies and implement solutions to achieve their business goals.
A frequent speaker at industry seminars and technical conferences in India, he is also constantly featured in IT technical publications.
Rajendra joined CA India in 1998 and has held a variety of roles of increasing responsibility within the consulting and field services.
Specializing in designing and implementing enterprise management solutions for financial institutions, government bodies and large corporations, his areas of expertise include systems, application, network, storage and security management as well as Unicenter, eTrust & BrightStor implementations.
Prior to joining CA, Rajendra has worked with the Tata group for many years.
Rajendra holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree from University of Bombay and is a Post-graduate in Software Technology.
Tim Ayling, Director – Asia/Pacific, Entrust, Inc.
Tim Ayling originally joined Entrust in 2001, as a technical consultant covering the UK, Scandinavia and South Africa. He was transferred and promoted to Regional Manager for Australia and New Zealand in 2003, and promoted again in 2006 to Director of Asia/Pacific – which only leaves the Americas and Antarctica as the only continents he has yet to work in. Prior to joining Entrust, he held a variety of positions in the UK-based security company Reflex Magnetics whom he had joined in 1997.
Tim holds a B.A. (Hons.) in Economics from the University of York, and an M.Sc. in Secure E-Commerce from the Royal Holloway, University of London. Tim is also a CISSP – a Certified Information Systems Security Professional.

Andre Stewart, Vice President of Sales – EMEA, Fortinet
Andre Stewart has over 10 years of experience in the data communications industry within Europe. Previous to Fortinet, Andre was a Regional Sales Manager at NetScreen where, prior to the Juniper acquisition, he helped increase European sales operations leading to company growth in the region. He has also set up Agora M&A, a consultancy company assisting IT consultancy companies, system integrators and distributors with aggressive cross border expansion plans within Europe. Andre is fluent in five European languages. In addition, he has served as a Pan-European headhunter and for the United Nations (UNESCAP) in Bangkok after graduating from Kingston University with a degree in Political Sciences and Languages.
Sanjiv Mathur, Director, Enterprise Marketing,

Sanjiv Mathur has over 18 years of experience in the IT industry. He has been with Microsoft for over 10 years. In previous roles, Sanjiv has headed Microsoft’s security mobilization initiative, competitive strategy and marketing divisions prior to which he managed Microsoft’s business in Western and Eastern India. Before joining Microsoft, Sanjiv worked with Oracle for one year and with Wipro Systems for over four years in a technical role.
Sanjiv started his career as a developer, and has worked on platforms and technologies including Unix, Unify, Oracle, COBOL and PC based development systems.
