Jaideep Sahney
Business Development Manager, Cisco Systems, Asia
Jaideep works for Cisco Systems as Business Development Manager for Cisco's Enterprise Voice solutions in the Asia region. In his current capacity he works with the Channels, Marketing and Sales teams to grow Cisco's Voice business in the 9 countries in Asia region. He is based out of Singapore and has been with Cisco Systems since May 2000. Before taking on the Business Development role, Jaideep was the regional Voice Solutions Manager, working with Cisco's in-country teams and the SI partners to design and sell Voice solutions.

Before joining Cisco Systems, Jaideep worked with as a Senior Consultant in the Call Center unit of Lucent Technologies, now called Avaya Communication. He has about 9 years of industry experience out of which 7 years have been in the Voice industry.

Jaideep has a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering from Bangalore University, India. He also holds a MBA degree from State University of New York at Buffalo (SUNY).
Sandra Ng, 
Vice President, Asia/Pacific Communications and Peripherals Research IDC Asia/Pacific
Sandra Ng is responsible for business development, research quality, research content, customer support/service and profit and loss of all research covering both the data communications/networking and telecommunications areas. She also manages a wide variety of printer and peripherals research areas (including multifunctional peripheral, scanner, copier, printer consumable, print server and plotter).

Ms. Ng has been in the IT and Telecom advisory services and market research/consulting industry for more than 10 years with extensive experience in providing consulting and advisory services to clients in the industry, as well as business development.

Prior to joining IDC, Ms. Ng was with Gartner/Dataquest for more than four years, where she was managing a wide variety of research projects ranging from midrange systems to peripherals. In addition to base unit research, she was actively leading in channel and consulting work.

Fluent in English and Mandarin, Ms. Ng is often quoted in regional publications such as the Asian Wall Street Journal, Computerworld, Telecom Asia, tele.com and Wireless World, as well as local-based ones such as Business Times and the South China Morning Post. She has been regularly speaking at global and regional IT and Telecom conferences and participates regularly in clients' presentations, sharing her views of the industry and ever-changing landscape of the communications sector.

Ms. Ng graduated from National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree.
Dilip Kumar,
Regional Director, India Sub-continent, Datacraft
Dilip Kumar was appointed regional director, India in October 2002. Kumar joined Datacraft India in June 2000 as General Manager, India. Under his leadership, Datacraft India became the Top systems integrator in the Indian networking industry. Datacraft India also succeeded in growing its services business by 100% and is a leader in the call centre and banking business.

Prior to joining Datacraft, Kumar was the head of the Informatics Division of Crompton Greaves which he led to become one of the top 3 systems integrators in networking in 1999-2000. Dilip has had extensive experience in business management and the marketing of I.T. Solutions. Kumaris a Science Graduate from Bangalore University and holds Post-Graduate qualifications in Computer Science, Sales and Marketing.
