| Pradeep is an Engineer from
IIT Delhi (1975) and an MBA from IIM Calcutta (1977).
He is the CMD of Cyber Media India Ltd., India's
leading niche media company which publishes 10
publications in India including Dataquest, PCQuest,
Voice & Data Living Digital and BioSpectrum with a
combined reader base of 1.2 million. CyberMedia is an
integrated media company with presence in Market
Research, Multimedia, Events, Online Portals, Education,
TV and Media BPO services.
Pradeep is also the Chairman of PanIIT India. He is
on the Board of Kaleidoscope Entertainment, Charter
Member of TiE, Delhi, and General Partner of Infinity
Ventures. He was the past Chairman of e-Gurucool and a
founder of SQL Star International.
He is the recipient of the Distinguished Alumni award
of IIT Delhi. |

| Paranjoy Guha Thakurta is a
journalist with over 27 years experience as a
journalist. He used to anchor India Talks, programme,
which was broadcast on CNBC India television channel. Nearly
1,400 episodes of the programme - featuring many of
India's best-known politicians, bureaucrats, social
activists, businesspersons, professionals and
academicians have been telecast.
He is a regular contributor to various newspapers,
magazines, news agencies and websites.
He has also worked in documentary films and produced
radio programmes.
A graduate from St. Stephens's college, New Delhi and
a Postgraduate in economics from the Delhi School of
Economics, Mr. Guha Thakurta has worked with the India
Today, The Pioneer, The Telegraph, Business World and
the Business India. He has co-authored a book on
coalition politics in India and directed a documentary
film on India's experience with television. |

| Kapil Dev Singh is the country
manager of IDC (India) Limited & in this capacity he
is responsible for overall business operation &
management
Kapil has over ten years of industry experience, of
which close to 8.5 years is in business research. In his
earlier stints, Kapil has headed several new initiatives
at IDC including that of software & services,
corporate research, internet research etc., of which the
software & services group he built from scratch.
Prior to joining IDC Kapil worked for three years with
IMRB (part of the WPP group& South East Asia’s
leading research firm) and for one year with HCL. Kapil
is widely quoted in the press and is a regular speaker
at various industry forums.
Kapil has a bachelor’s degree in Engineering
(Mechanical) from Bengal Engineering College (Calcutta
University) and a Masters in Business Administration
(Marketing) from Indian Institute of Social Welfare and
Business Management (Calcutta University). |

MD, Corporate VP, CIO and President - AMD India |
| |
| Ajay M. Marathe is Corporate
Vice President and President, AMD India. In this role,
Ajay is responsible for Corporate IT and India Sales,
Marketing & Business Development; as well as
providing local leadership and oversight for the CPG
India Engineering Center.
Previously, Marathe held positions as Vice President
of the Business Transformation Group, and Vice President
of operations for the Manufacturing Services Division of
the Computation Products Group where he was responsible
for CPG's and PCSG's assembly and test operations in
AMD's Penang and Singapore facilities.
Marathe has held several Engineering and Management
positions since joining AMD in 1984. As manager of MSD
Engineering, he introduced and implemented total
continuous process improvements and innovations to
assembly/test/mark/pack operations to enhance
productivity by 8 to 10 percent each year. During his
one-year assignment as Director of Operations for AMD
Thailand, he helped raise operations to "best in
class" standards. In 1999 he was promoted to Vice
President of MSG logistics and CPG operations. In this
role he successfully led the manufacturing efforts for
the AMD Athlon module and ran the SCI Systems operations
which resulted in the fastest ramp up to one million
processor units per quarter in AMD's history.
Marathe holds a Bachelor's degree in Production
Engineering from VJTI University in Bombay, India, and a
Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from Texas
Tech University in Lubbock, Texas. In April 2005, Ajay
was inducted into the Industrial Engineering Academy of
the Texas Tech University, his alma mater. He was
nominated by a panel of professors from the University
for his contribution and achievements in the field of
Industrial Engineering. |

| Bangalore - Krishnakumar N., President &

| |
Krishnakumar Natarajan serves
as president and CEO for MindTree's IT services
business. One of MindTree's founders, Kumar is
responsible for establishing the company's global IT
services capabilities. As a result of his leadership,
MindTree has added several Fortune 1000 companies to its
client base and grew to become a multi-million dollar
business since its inception in 1999.
Prior to joining MindTree, Kumar was chief executive
officer of the Electronic Commerce Division at Wipro,
and held several other key positions in the same
organization from 1982 until 1999. During the rebuilding
of the company's software talent pool, Kumar
conceptualized and implemented the e-commerce division
of Wipro, developing a team of 250 people and generating
$30 million in revenues annually.
Kumar also helped architect Wipro's entry into
leading-edge financial institutions such as American
Express and Goldman Sachs. While serving as group vice
president of human resources, Kumar increased the number
of employees in Wipro's software services business from
800 to 4,000 people.
Kumar is also an active member of professional industry
organizations such as the Manufacturer's Association for
Information Technology and the National Association of
Software and Services Companies.
Kumar earned a bachelor's degree in mechanical
engineering from the College of Engineering, Madras,
India, and a Master of Business Administration degree in
marketing and systems from the Xavier Institute in
Jamshedpur, India.

| Ajith. S. is Asst.
Manager-Software and Services Research, and is
responsible for driving the Software & Services
Research division at IDC India.
Prior to joining IDC, Ajith was Market Research
Manager at MCG, a Chennai based Management Consulting
& Market Research firm, and has over five years of
experience in handling research and consulting
assignment in the B2B space. Prior to MCG, he was with
Sea Horse Group, Mumbai, a shipping & logistics
firm.
Ajith has a bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering
and an MBA in Marketing from PSG College of Technology,
Coimbatore. |

| Mythily Ramesh is the Vice
President - Innovation, Marketing & Business
Development, in Wipro Infotech, the India, APAC and
Middle East business of Wipro Corporation.
Mythily has been with Wipro for 17 years. This is her
first job and further testament to the culture that
Wipro has fostered over the years. She joined Wipro in
1988 as a software programmer after her management
education at IIM Ahmedabad. She has donned several roles
in her long career including driving The Six Sigma
initiative as a Black Belt in Wipro a few years back.
Prior to this, she was at the helm of 01markets,
leading eProcurement service provider in India. She is
one of the founding members of 01markets that took shape
in 2000. In her 17 year long career Mythily has
performed several roles in Sales, Quality, Marketing and
Business Head.
A firm believer in the concept of 'Hands on
Management' Mythily is an avid reader and likes to spend
time with her two sons. She loves to paint besides being
a Carnatic music aficionado. Mythily was awarded the
"Indira Super Achiever" award by Indira Group
of Institutes, Pune. She was also featured among Six
Super Women published by Data Quest in 2004.
Mythily holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering
(Computer Science) from the Anna University, Chennai and
a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the Indian

| Ms. Neelam Dhawan is the
Managing Director of Microsoft India with the
responsibility for leading Microsoft's Sales &
Marketing operations in the country. In her role, Neelam
is responsible for growing Microsoft's products and
services businesses, and also drives the company's
partnerships and strategic alliances.
Prior to joining Microsoft, Ms. Dhawan was Vice
President, Customer Solutions Group, Hewlett Packard
India (HP) with a focus on enterprise, public sector and
SMB sectors for all computing products and services. She
was also responsible for strategic alliances and partner
relationships. Neelam has over 22 years of IT industry
experience having worked for HCL and IBM before joining
HP in Dec 1999. |

| Mr. Goenka successfully took
forward the software business set up by his father Late
Shri S. S. Goenka, Founder, Peutronics Pvt. Ltd.
(presently known as Tally Solutions Pvt. Ltd.). New
features, new services, new technologies and the
"Power of Simplicity" have made Tally the most
widely used business solutions software in India.
Mr. Goenka completed his schooling from Bishop
Cotton, Bangalore and graduated in 1982 with a major in
Mathematics from the National College, Bangalore. Mr. S.
S. Goenka mentored Bharat in creating software that
would handle the financial accounts for his business. It
was his refusal to accept anything less than what he
thought was perfect and simple to use that coaxed Bharat
to continue research, and develop new path-breaking
technologies and incorporate them into the commercial
product. |

| Anil Valluri has nearly 20
years of Sales, Marketing and Technology Management
experience in the IT industry. He started his career
with DCM Data Products at Hyderabad and after 5 years in
frontline sales and sales management he moved to DCM
Delhi in Product Management to look after their Unix
mini-computer range. He joined Digital at Bangalore in
1993 in Product Management for Alpha/UNIX and went onto
to head the AlphaServer business in India for Digital.
In this position he was leading a team of Business
Managers, Product Managers and Product Specialists
across the country and was instrumental in leading
64-bit computing technology in India. After the merger
with Compaq, Anil was heading a combined business
portfolio of AlphaServers, Tandem Fault-Tolerant systems
and Storage.
Anil moved to Sun Microsystems India in April 99 as
their Director - Systems Engineering responsible for all
technology consulting, leading a team of IT Architects,
Consultants and specialists in Internet, Data Center,
Networking, Java and other technologies.
He has been involved in some of the largest
enterprise computing decisions in the country with
customers belonging to diverse segments. Anil is
passionate about technology and is especially interested
in microprocessors, system architectures, high
availability and storage. He is regular speaker on
technology in many events and seminars and is a key
evangelist for Sun in India. Anil is married to Neelima,
who is an environmental biologist and has a daughter
Nishitha and a son Aryan.
His hobbies include building audio systems, digital
photography, digital cinematography, playing cricket,
watching movies on the home theater and surfing the net. |

| Sanjit Sinha heads the
Hardware Research Group at IDC India. Based in Delhi,
Sanjit manages the business and operations of two
critical groups, Computing Products Research and
Peripherals Research Group which falls under the
Hardware Research Group.
Prior to joining IDC, he was heading the Industrial
Market Research for South India at AC Nielsen ORG MARG.
Sanjit has also worked in sales during the initial days
of his career.
Sanjit is an engineer from Bengal Engineering College
and holds a MBA degree from IISWBM, Calcutta, with
specialisation in Marketing. |

E-commerce.
Prior to his current responsibility at IDC, Naresh
has worked in Cyber Media as a market analyst and
business journalist covering the Indian communications
industry.
Naresh is an MBA from IIFT specializing in Strategic
