Parijat looks after five key ICT research markets at IDC India. These are: Communications Research, Telecom User Research, IT User Research, Industry Verticals Research and CxO Advisory Services.

Parijat has served with IDC India for the past six years and has an overall experience of more than twelve years in the research and consultancy field. He has been instrumental in initiating and driving some pioneering and path breaking studies in understanding the domestic Indian IT and Telecom markets. 

Parijat is a regular speaker at various industry forums and is frequently quoted in the business and industry press.

Haridas Nair Director - Emerging Technologies, Information Technology Solutions Group, Sybase, Inc.

Mr Nair is responsible for driving the strategy and evaluating emerging technologies for the three to five year horizon within Information Technology Solutions Group at Sybase. Prior to this Mr. Nair led marketing for Sybase’s data management products, including Adaptive Server Enterprise (ASE), Replication, Real-Time Data Services and Mirror Activator. 

Mr. Nair joined Sybase, Inc. in 1990. He worked on the database line of products and was the lead engineer for Sybase SQL Server on Netware. He then became the product manager for the Sybase SQL Server product on Windows NT. 

From 1996 to 1998, he served as Director of Technical Marketing for Bluecurve, Inc., handling a product line of performance and capacity planning tools for Windows NT and Backoffice. Mr. Nair rejoined Sybase in 1998..

Tony Poulos VP - Strategic Relations Asia, Reef Point Systems

Tony Poulos has been involved with software development and systems integration in travel and telecommunications for over 20 years. He was involved in the development of convergent billing system in the early nineties in Australia and from there he worked in a business development role with Unisys’ Telecommunications Practice in Europe. He was co-founder of Copernicus Global Billing Services, a London based, web-enabled, managed service provider for outsourced billing and payments collection. He now works closely with systems integrators and vendors entering the AsiaPac market. Tony is founder and managing director of Facilitasia, based in Singapore which consults on Business Support Solutions (BSS) including revenue assurance, billing and content enablement in Asia.

He is a regular conference speaker and chairman, writer for trade publications and acts in a voluntary role as the Head of Asia Pacific for the Global Billing Association. He is also a Contributing Analyst for leading research firm, IDC Asia/Pacific and conducts training in Billing for the TMF.
