Title: India Mobile Handset Usage and Satisfaction Study 2007 

Synopsis: This study aims to capture the findings of an India-wide survey on the purchase and usage preferences of mobile handset users. The survey was conducted on a sample of 4,760 mobile (GSM and CDMA) handset users in 18 cities including the four metros (Delhi, Mumbai Chennai, Kolkata). The report presents the survey findings in terms of user buying preferences, handset features and price-point, comparative ratings of nine major handset brands, and usage of SMS, MMS, FM radio and other popular features.
